By submitting your music to Indie Power, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

REVIEW SERVICE:

• The $10 fee for Premium Play Saturday is for guaranteed live review services ONLY

• Payment does not guarantee radio airplay or rotation • Radio rotation placement is determined solely by community voting through Discord

• We do not accept payment in exchange for radio airplay (compliant with Federal broadcasting regulations)

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP:

• You certify that you own or have proper rights to submit this music • You grant Indie Power permission to:

  • Play your music during live review sessions

  • Stream your music on our platform if selected through community voting

  • Store and process your submission for review purposes • All submissions must comply with SoundExchange and ASCAP regulations

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum audio quality: 320kbps MP3

• Properly mixed and mastered audio

• Clear, uncompressed audio files

• No copyright-infringing content

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Premium Play Saturday: Limited to 20 submissions per week (Starts 8 pm EST Every Saturday)

• Free submissions: Reviewed during Tuesday/Thursday shows (8-11 PM EST)

• No refunds on Premium Play Saturday submissions

• Indie Power reserves the right to reject any submission that violates our terms

PRIVACY & DATA: • Your contact information will be used solely for submission-related communication • Social media links may be shared during live reviews • Artist information may be displayed during radio rotation if selected
